Exhaust Systems
Caliber Garage Systems offers exhaust extraction systems that remove vehicle emissions directly from the tailpipe to ensure that harmful fumes do not circulate throughout the maintenance facility. We provide fully automatic and custom designed systems with standard temperature, high temperature, CNG and LNG hoses. Caliber sells turnkey solutions and coordinates the necessary, plans, permits, labor and products to ensure a seamless installation. Caliber is a preferred distributor of exhaust products from NORFI, a German exhaust manufacturer.

ALUMINUM SLOTTED DUCT

Consists of lightweight extruded aluminum
Permits you to move vehicles around with the exhaust extraction system
still connected

Uses one-piece air duct to serve as guide rails for hose carriages and the channel for sealing lips
Consists of Neoprene sealing lips installed into the channel with steeling-spring clips making the channel airtight. The neoprene sealing lips are resistant to exhaust gas and other chemicals

Exhaust Nozzle
Nozzle to cater to vehicles with an exhaust pipe hidden behind a trim panel. Flexible design caters to round and oval exhaust pipes. Laterally adjustable.

Exhaust Nozzle Pneumatic
Integrated Air-bladder Clamping
Oval rubber design with hand pump, suitable for single and double exhaust pipes.
Fits a wide range of exhaust pipe applications. An inflatable pneumatic bladder securely grips the exhaust pipe and the rubberized design removes any risk of mechanical damage. Includes internal debris trap, hand pump and drain valve.
